OVERVIEW

Transportation Resource Partners, LP (“TRP”) seeks to make investments in growth-oriented manufacturing and service related businesses in the Transportation Industry. The Fund capitalizes on strategic relationships, commercial synergies and the Transportation Industry expertise of Penske Corporation and its subsidiaries, partners and affiliates. TRP's philosophy is to support existing management teams while giving them autonomy to run the business. TRP's principals have 100+ years of experience in the areas of finance and transportation-related investing. Formed in 2003, the Fund currently manages equity commitments of $265 million. Current investors include both strategic and financial institutions.

TRP is the successor fund to Penske Capital Partners which was founded in 1997. Penske Capital Partners is a $325 million buyout fund which made six investments from 1997 to 2002. Two investments (Penske Automotive Group and Universal Technical Institute) are publicly-traded under the symbols NYSE: PAG and NYSE: UTI.
