TRANSPORTATION RESOURCE PARTNERS ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH KATT WORLDWIDE LOGISTICS, INC.

Bloomfield Hills, MI – February 1, 2006 – Transportation Resource Partners, LP (TRP), a leading private equity firm affiliated with Penske Corporation that invests in the Transportation Industry, announced today that it has partnered with Michael Kattawar, Jr. in Katt Worldwide Logistics, Inc. (“Katt”).

Founded in 1999 by Mr. Kattawar, Katt is a non-asset based full service logistics company providing distribution and value-added warehousing, co-packaging services, air and ocean freight forwarding, truckload brokerage, LTL brokerage, and temporary staffing of warehouse and logistics personnel. Katt has been successful in developing and implementing innovative solutions for the complex supply chain challenges of its customers. The Company is headquartered in Memphis, TN and has additional locations in California and New Jersey. Katt's senior management team will continue to manage and operate all aspects of Katt’s business.
